Studio software should fill classes, not just book them.
Booking, billing, messaging, packs, and memberships in one place, plus a studio manager that hands your team a to do list every morning that fills the room.
Try it for 30 days. If you don't love it, you get every dollar back.
It reads your reports so you don't have to
Every morning Packhouse scans every member for all 20 signals and turns what it finds into a to do list. Who to talk to, why, and what to say. Without looking at any reports, your team knows the exact conversations to have that keep your classes full.

This is what booking software should feel like.
One platform. Built for how a studio runs.
Simple screens for you and your team. Booking, member messaging, and reporting you can read at a glance. Behind them, a marketing back office for campaigns and custom workflows.
Your studio at a glance
Open it in the morning and the health of your studio is already on the screen. Active members and which way they're heading, who's sticking around, what's selling, and anything that needs a hand. No reports to dig through.
Every member, one card
Pull up a member and everything is there. Their packs, membership, visits, and every message. Sell a pack, grant a credit, or extend an expiry without leaving the card, and every change keeps the name of the staff member who made it.
A booking page members actually use
Members tap a link and your schedule is on their phone, with their pass and how many credits are left right at the top. They pick a schedule, pick a time, tap Book, and the class shows under Upcoming with a Cancel link. A full class offers the waitlist instead. No app to download and no password for your front desk to reset.
Every message comes from the studio
Your team texts and emails members from inside Packhouse, so nothing lives on a personal phone. You see every thread, you decide which roles can see phone numbers, and your member list stays yours.
Reports that end arguments
Which instructors fill the room, which classes don't, what sold, and who stayed. Export any of it to a spreadsheet, it's your data.
Also included, and normally bought separately
- Campaigns that send themselves
- Review requests that go out on their own
- Gift cards and selling at the front desk
- A text back when you miss a call
- Every intro tracked from first class to member
- Online waivers, parents sign for minors
All in the price, none of it an add on.
Compare the total, not the sticker.
Pick the platform you're on, or the one you're weighing, and see what a month really comes to next to Packhouse. Some platforms add a fee to every card payment, some don't publish a rate at all. Your card payments run through your own processor at your own rate, and we add nothing on top.
| What | Packhouse | Arketa |
|---|---|---|
| Software price | $279 a month, on this page | $49 a month for the Individual plan, billed annually. Studio plans are quote only |
| Card payments | Your own processor's rate. We add nothing | Stripe's rate plus a 3% Arketa fee on every card payment, per their pricing page. Studio plan rates are quote only |
| Contract | None. Cancel any time | Renews month to month unless you take an annual plan. The published $49 rate is billed annually |
| Setup and onboarding | $499 one time. It covers moving your members and training your team | No fee published. Onboarding support is listed |
The 3% is the rate on Arketa's Individual plan, the only plan they price in public. Studio plans and their fees are discussed with a salesperson.
Arketa figures from arketa.com/pricing, checked September 2026.

- $7503% of your card payments, on top of Stripe's rate
Arketa does not publish enough to total, so there is no gap to show. The table above has what they do publish.
Every platform pays your processor. The difference is what gets stacked on top. On Packhouse your card payments run through your own processor at your own rate, and we add nothing.
Competitor figures come from their own pricing pages and the independent guides named above, checked September 2026. Prices move, so check their current pages before you rely on them.
You keep teaching. We handle the move.
We build your studio
Your schedule, packs, memberships, and booking page, built with you. We connect your texting and email and register them with the carriers, so when you text a member it actually arrives.
We bring your members over
Send us an export from your current system. Every member comes across with their credits left and their expiry dates, and you check and approve the list before anything goes live.
You open the doors
Your team gets logins and a live training, your members get a booking link, and the to do list is waiting for you on the first morning.
The cheapest manager you'll ever hire.
Hiring someone to do this job would cost thousands a month.
- Your to do list, ready every morning
- Unlimited members, staff, and classes
- Packs, memberships, waitlists, and the booking page
- Two way texting and email, sent as the studio
- Campaigns that send themselves, plus review requests
- Every intro offer tracked from first class to member
- Gift cards and selling at the front desk
- Owner, manager, and front desk views
Plus a one time $499 setup fee that covers everything, from moving your members over to training your team. Texts, emails, calls, and AI are metered and billed at our cost, typically $20 to $75 a month depending on how much your studio sends. No markup.
If you don't love it, you don't pay for it.
Try it for 30 days. If you don't love it, for any reason, email us and we refund every dollar, the first month and the setup fee. Your member list exports any time. It's yours.
› Guarantee terms
- We charge the one time setup fee when you sign up. Your first month is charged the day your studio goes live and your team gets their logins, and your 30 days run from that charge.
- To cancel inside your first 30 days, email support@getpackhouse.com. No forms and no exit call. We refund the first month and the setup fee in full.
- Export your member list and balances before you go, self serve from the members screen. They're yours.
- Metered usage like texts and calls is billed at cost and isn't refundable. It was already spent with the carriers.
- More than one location? We start by building one as a pilot so you can see it running on your real members before the rest are scheduled. The guarantee applies once, to that pilot.
- After 30 days you can cancel any time to stop future billing. Payments already made aren't refunded, and you keep access through the end of the month you've paid for.

Questions owners ask us
›Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Payments run through your own processor and land in your bank on its normal schedule. We never see a card number and we add nothing to your rates. What you pay us is the price on this page. If you don't have a processor yet, we set one up with you during setup.
›Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time, and your first 30 days are covered by the guarantee. If we stop earning it, leave.
›What happens to my members, their packs, and their autopays?
They come with you. During setup we import your member list with each member's remaining credits and expiry dates, and you approve it before anything goes live. Members on autopay keep their memberships too, with one real step to plan for. Their billing moves to your own processor account, so each member enters a card once, at their first renewal. We map every renewal date during setup so you know exactly who is due when, and nobody finds out at the front desk.
›Do my members need to download an app?
No. They tap a link and your schedule opens on their phone with their balance at the top. Put the link in your bio and on a QR code at the desk and you're done. Nothing to install and nothing for your front desk to troubleshoot.
›What does the $499 setup cover?
Everything it takes to move in. We build your schedule, packs, and memberships, bring your members over with their balances, connect and register your texting and email so messages arrive, and train your team live.
›Is my data safe?
Yes. It sits in a locked database with industry standard encryption, and you decide who on your team gets a login. You can hide phone numbers and emails from any role, so staff can work the lists and take bookings without ever seeing a number. And we never store card numbers, because payments never touch us.
›Who sends the messages, my staff or Packhouse?
Your staff do, and the list tells them who to text and what to say. Campaigns and the text back to a missed call go out on their own. If you want more, an optional AI front desk add on answers common questions and books intro calls by text. Ask on your demo call and we'll see if it fits your studio.
›What if I run more than one location?
Each location gets its own Packhouse at $279 a month. We start with one as a pilot so you can see it working on your real members, then roll out the rest.
Put a manager on your mornings.
Bring your questions. We'll show you the platform, look at how you sell packs and memberships today, and show you who the list would have your team talking to this week. No contract, no pressure, and you don't pay unless you love it.
